Port forwarding range

Hello, I am trying to forward a range of UDP ports from 10000 to 60000. I am using Twilio as a provider for SIP communication, they require all of these UDP ports to be available to send calls.

I have config as:

cubeudp:

type: udp

region: us

to: 192.168.0.12:10000-60000

Which naturally, tells me this is invalid. How can i forward a range of UDP ports if that is possible?
